Need remote assistance?  Our technicians can easily login to your computer and resolve your specific issue with just a few clicks of the mouse!

1. Click here to download our remote client software
2. When asked to “Save” or “Run” the software, choose “Run”
3. Once the software starts, give the technician “Your ID” number and click on “Start” under the “Client” tab
4. When prompted, click on “enable” or “Allow” to give the technician the ability to interact with your computer
