Laughing Rock Technology was founded on the principles of providing outstanding customer service through honesty, integrity, relationship building, and convenience while designing and implementing technology solutions that help organizations to increase employee productivity while reducing overall costs.
Where We Started
We came from humble beginnings as a home-based break-fix operation that started in 2005. We spent our first 3 years expanding our product offerings and figuring out what our customers needed. In 2008 we incorporated as Laughing Rock Technology and built our first office space. This allowed us to hire additional staff and have a formal lab for testing and deployments. By 2014 we had grown to one of the largest IT providers in our area and once again, decided that an upgrade was required. We purchased a 6000 sq ft office building and retrofitted it as a state-of-the-art tech center but we weren’t done yet. In 2016 we changed our entire business model to convert our operations to a Managed Services Provider and started the process of taking our company national. This ultimately led to the opening of a second service center on the West Coast so we could more effectively service customers in all US time zones. As our growth continues and we predict that someday, this year will just be another chapter in the story of “Where We Started”.
